Billing FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your dashboard billing card. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, then downgrade to Free. No further charges.
Do unused credits roll over?
No — credits reset at the start of each calendar month. But exceeding your quota never charges you; it just pauses AI actions until next month or an upgrade.
What's your refund policy?
First subscription comes with a 7-day guarantee if usage stayed under 30% of quota. Duplicate charges are fully refunded. Full details in our Terms of Service.
Which payment methods work?
Payments are handled by our merchant-of-record payment provider — major cards are accepted. We never see or store your card details.
